Thankfully I have a new Job in Jerusalem as a CS manager and look forward to sharing good news.
However, as my friends and family, I must update you about my causes situation. I have worked here for one year and taken a small token salary. I am about to resign taking even this small salary. I have developed our causes sites online and tried to generate more than just social support, rather actual donations.
I have donated from my own PayPal account just to make sense of the lack of family and friend support. Thankfully some of you have been able to give a few small donations. I am aware that my approach isn’t direct enough or experiences that live up to top fund raising fancy styles.
My request now is can you help before I hand in the towel. This is after a Summer where my special Ed children grew so much this year and experienced all kind of fun healthy developmental activities that you would want to give your own child to celebrate this year’s growth. I simply need to know in a straight forward way is there anyone who can help donate. Let me know how much and how often. If the answer is silence I shall resign and save them the small wage as my personal donation back to them. I leave this decision in your hands and will always be looking to help this worthy cause and special ed children as a kind benefactor, however, I can. However, if you do give me the needed support I will continue renewed to work for a cause that children’s future is possible to be filled with success for us all BH. Below are the relevant links and attached is a proposal for one of our key proposals that ensure success for our children.

During the three weeks, when we mourn our exile from Eretz Yisrael and the destruction of the Bais HaMikdash, we do not perform any weddings. Surprisingly, Parshas Matos, which is almost always read during the first week of Bain HaMitzarim, concludes with both, an inheritance in Eretz Yisrael, and a marriage; the inheritance of the daughters of Tzelafchad in Eretz Yisrael is discussed as is their marriage.
The Three Weeks is a time of mourning, but the Shabbosim of the Three Weeks are not. Tzaddikim have interpreted the words in Lecha Dodi, רב לך שבת בעמק הבכה, which literally translates as a consolation to Yerushalayim, “You have sat in the valley of tears for long enough,” to mean, “Great are the Shabbosim of the Three Weeks, the valley of tears.”
When Mashiach will come, the Three Weeks will be a time of rejoicing. They will be the most elevated period in the year. On Shabbos, the day which is מעין עולם הבא, a foretaste of a World-to-Come, we can connect to the future and experience the Three Weeks for what they really are: a time for marriages and connection to Eretz Yisrael.
