Tonight (more than 2 years back) I heard some very tragic news about Lord Rabbi Sacks’ sudden passing. I want to share in our United Souls book that the source of many of our Unity Projects was the guidance and inspiration from Rabbi Sacks. His emphasis on leadership, kindness, authentic communication and unity focus was and legacy is beyond words.

His huge list of endless writings, 1000s of worded articles, videos and audio on many platforms based on the most intellectual giants of generations brought down in the most simple terminology. I’m actually not able to process this sudden loss, Rabbi Sacks is beyond needed for our divisive 2020 generation. Who is going to be able to communicate this talk from the soul like in his not-so-recent Ted talk, on the subject of We not me, Selfless for the other not self-obsessed? We have to internalize these teachings and how we can bring alive his needed legacy of United Souls. We really more than ever need his guidance on the Soul level and now he is fully soulful as well as wishing comfort and long life to his beloved dedicated family, we have to ask for his Soul talk now more than ever. The Soul of such a teacher and representative now in the heavenly realm is able to bring down empowerment of his truthful message for all our souls at this important juncture in History. We need leaders to inspire change in the Souls of humanity and now is the time for us all to teach leadership. We need to live with leadership just like Rabbi Sacks. May this whole book and all our Unity Projects together be in his worthy merit?

A Quote from the Mystics

As they set out from their place above, each soul is male and female as one. Only as they descend to this world do they part, each to its own side. And then it is the One Above who unites them again. This is The Creator’s exclusive domain, for The Creator alone knows which soul belongs to which and how they must reunite.

As a good friend Gedale Fenster teaches in the name of Rav Shalom Arush we all need to consistently pray for help from our Creator to have Shalom Bayit aka Peace in the Home. This is Rebbe Nachman’s most important advice to continually pray from the heart for at least an hour (an hour can also mean a solid set of time to achieve the openness of the heart for effective personal prayer). This accomplishment at specific times and at a place that works for these kinds of entreaties will transform a person’s relationship into a Soulful experience. Personally, I enjoy those moments amongst people where I can sit and face the wall working through all my challenges. Nobody nowadays would think a person insane as we all have come to a time where we could be talking on the phone etc, but in the end, it’s actually something to be proud of “the service of the heart”. This service of the heart of flesh is connected to the Breslev path whose name itself translates as the heart of flesh. To actually be emotionally healthy and feeling life potentially can also prepare us for healthy relationships. As Rav Shalom Arush teaches by cleansing one heart daily a person doesn’t need to walk around his or her daily journey with unnecessary baggage. A person can walk through life with an attitude of gratitude and joy once this service of the heart is performed fully. Then as the mystical text quoted above, our Creator will bring the oneness of United Souls revealed, and then bring about a transformative life of Unity Relationships that flows.

The Struggle of the Soul to go ahead

Even when life can be intense we have to find a way to go ahead. The Struggle of the Soul is so much more challenging than we imagined or hoped. The question is when is enough? With stubborn determination, we got to do what we got to do. Life is very intense and requires us to look deeper in all ways. By seeking out the truth in every situation we can actualize our soul flow. We have the inner strength to do this no matter what the obstacle. Our intrinsic core belief known in the holy ancient tongue as EMUNA is the source of our strength to never give up. We shall go ahead in every situation working to improve ourselves, redefining our focus, giving us the self-encouragement needed, and creating a fresh mindset and approach to transform our lives. The voices of those who try to suppress us exist daily saying what we are doing is nothing and empty. However, we know the measuring stick isn’t in someone else’s hand or bank account, it’s the truth of our mission guiding us. The inner core of United Souls fuels us onward.
